Hi, I’m Luz do Sol.
My ukulele journey began spontaneously — by a waterfall in Bali — when a friend’s playing lit a spark in me. I picked up the instrument and began exploring it through curiosity and play, letting each song reveal melodies, rhythms, and textures.
Along the way, I mapped, tested, and refined the rhythmic patterns and right-hand techniques that consistently brought songs to life — on real stages, in real circles, with real people.
That exploration led me to perform internationally, hold ceremonies and musical spaces, and teach students around the world. What endured across all these settings wasn’t theory, but a clear, embodied rhythmic language.

What if I have very little time to practice?
No problem at all! Our videos are really short (3-5 minutes) and go straight to the point. Even just 5-10 minutes a day is enough to see real progress. Consistency, not long hours, is what truly builds skill. Plus, these short sessions can become a therapeutic moment in your busy day, a sacred pause for self-care and joy.
Will I also learn pickings?

Are there song tutorials too?
