What to Expect?
We are excited to offer you this 3-hour journey where you are invited to embody your higher self and essence.
We will work with the energies of the Orixás, from the Umbanda and Candomblé Afro-Brazilian traditions, in a non-religious way.
You will be given inputs to explore and discover these archetypes within you through movement and free expression.
Join us on this journey designed for you to experience and balance polarities - stillness and movement, feminine and masculine, deepness and expression, old and new.

We will start by opening the sacred space and setting our intentions.
The first activation happens with delicious heart-opening cacao and a song to create a more unified field.
Guidelines and proposals for your journey will be shared.
At this point, we are ready to work with our Axé (life force).
We will slowly build up the energy with a live music session, rich in drumming, Afro-Brazilian rhythms, and ancestral chants for the Orishas.
You will be invited to awaken and express different qualities within you that match the rhythms and qualities of the Orishas.
Little inputs will be given to “open the paths” for your self-exploration and expansion.
The dance will be followed by a balancing sound bath that will bring you to a deep relaxed state and fine-tune your chakras.
Then, we integrate the blessings received with a guided meditation, so you can take the most out of this experience into your daily life.
After that, we close the sacred space and enjoy the afterglow with yummy food and friends.

We intend to support you in connecting with your most powerful self and integrating more of this into your daily life through music, dance and other tools.
What do I need to bring?
We recommend you bring something to sit/lay down comfortably, such as a yoga mat, pillow, or small cushion. And food for the potluck dinner.
Does this event involve psychedelics?
No. You will be high on music and your own essence. We kindly ask you to abstain from consuming any substances on the day of and during the event. This is a smoke and alcohol-free event.
